LMYSI is educational skill practice, not therapy. It is not counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, or professional advice of any kind, and it is not a substitute for any of those. The coaching feedback is generated by an AI, and the AI can be wrong — it can misread your situation or give advice that doesn't fit your life. Use your own judgment, and for anything serious, talk to a qualified professional or the people who know your situation.

If you are in crisis or in an unsafe relationship, stop practicing and get real help. The app will point you to crisis resources when it detects you might need them, but that detection is not reliable enough to depend on.

You must be at least 18 years old. This app deals with adult relationship dynamics and isn't built for minors. You also need to give us accurate account information and keep your password to yourself.

Everything you write in LMYSI — baselines, rewrites, practice conversations, commitments — belongs to you. You give us permission to store it and to send it to our AI provider to generate your coaching feedback and run safety checks, because that's how the app works. We claim no other rights to it. The privacy policy covers exactly who sees what.

The app itself — lessons, skill tree, design, code — is ours. Don't copy it, resell it, or scrape it.

Four foundation skills are free. Pro is $15 USD per month or $99 USD per year, billed through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel.

14-day money-back guarantee: if you're within 14 days of your first payment and want out, email us and you get a full refund, no questions. For EU and UK customers this is also your statutory right of withdrawal — you don't lose it by starting to use the app.

After that: cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and there are no partial refunds for unused time.

If we ever change prices, we'll email you first, and the new price only applies from your next renewal — never mid-period.

Don't use LMYSI to harm anyone, don't probe or overload the service, don't try to extract other people's data, and don't use the AI features for anything other than the exercises they're part of. We can suspend or close accounts that do. You can delete your own account any time from the account page.

We work hard on LMYSI, but it's provided as-is. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that practicing these skills will produce any particular outcome in your relationship. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Some places don't allow parts of that paragraph, so it applies only as far as your local law permits. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and disputes go to the courts there. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep every protection your local consumer law gives you, and you can bring a claim in your own local courts — nothing in these terms takes that away.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, cancel and the money-back or period-end rules above apply as usual.
